Wow Steve from Royal taxi saved us last week when we got to Knoxville and rental fell thru and needed a ride to Pigeon Forge he picked us up and took us to the Island and Margaritaville Inn. Then when we needed to catch flight back he was there. Steve was awesome thank you

Great Service! Karim is a professional, courteous, safe driver and on time for both pick up and return trip. Very clean, comfortable car. This company cares about passenger safety! My appointment was quite early this morning and it was still dark outside. The facility hadn't fully opened. My driver offered to wait with me until I could safely enter the building.
